"After taking a hiatus from an already successful acting
career, I decided to prepare for my return by studying
with Charles. I found that Charles' acting school is not
only reasonably priced but a great value as well!
Charles is very knowledgeable about the business and has
a keen eye for talent. He quickly and gently guides you
to your full potential. Working with Charles has not
only been a joy but a most challenging and rewarding
experience. I'm ready to get back to work!"

"I'm studying with Charles and really enjoy his
perspective, professionalism and dedication to the art.
If you've got no time to waste on this journey, his
studio is a place to stop, orient, learn, break through
barriers and excel. The quality of my work improved
after the second session. He'll take you as far as you
want to go."

"We finally found a great acting teacher for Dustin. Not
only is he learning to act and audition on a
professional level but he's having a great time as well.
Charles' acting school is the most proficient, least
expensive and fun school in the Bay Area. What's more
important is that he cares about his students and their
success."

Charles will bring out talent in you that you never knew
you possessed."

"Through Charles' teaching I eliminated my boundaries,
instilled belief in my acting ability and gained the
confidence to work in this business. I have taken his
classes and studied privately with him. There is no
better teacher and I highly recommend him! A HUGE thank
you Charles!!!

"I was a model and never believed I could act. Then I
met Charles and learned that having the right teacher
means everything. Now I am a model AND an actor."

"I learned two things under the direction of Charles
that are absolutely fundamental for a convincing
performance: Develop an interesting character and
portray him with my real voice. It sounds easy but it 'aint!"

"Charles is a wonderful teacher that pushes his students
to be the best. It is his honesty and encouragement that
make his actors evolve. Thanks for everything Charles."

"We made a BIG mistake!! We thought we were doing
something good for our son by getting him involved in
acting, so that he could learn how to present himself
and have confidence in front of an audience. We were
wrong. Not wrong about acting, but wrong about the
school we chose. Unfortunately we got involved with one
of those big name schools in San Francisco. Nearly
$5,000 and many months later, we and our son both
realized that he was getting nothing out of the program.
It was a big waste of time and A LOT of money. Luckily,
we met Charles Ascello at Chas School of Film and
Television, and everything changed. After one set of
classes with Charles, MacKenzie is ready to meet the
world. Whether he becomes an actor or scientist or
anything in between, he now is much more able to meet
people and perform confidently in front of an audience.
Learn from our mistake. Do it right the first time. Sign
up with Charles and find out what a difference a few
weeks at a reasonable cost can make in your child's self
confidence."

Our daughter,
Rachel, began looking for acting classes when she found
that the drama classes at her top-rated high school did
not offer any teaching in the acting field, but instead
students were expected to do homework and watch videos.
She discovered Charles Ascello's Acting Studio online
and we all went to a class to see if it would fit her
needs. We felt right away that Charles would take our
daughter in the right direction to excel in the acting
field. Acting class became the highlight of her week and
we could see her confidence grow by leaps and bounds.
She workded on a Subaru commercial with Lance Armstrong
and also became a stand-in on the soon to be released
In Control of All Things. This strengthened her
resolve to become a working actor. Charles has helped
Rachel in so many ways. She found her acting voice,
bringing so much to each character. Rachel has been
accepted into the Claire Trevor School of the Arts as a
Drama major at University of California, Irvine. We
strongly feel that this would not have been possible
without the excellent training Rachel received under
Charles Ascello. Thank you Charles, for sending our
daughter on the path of future success in the acting
field. You have helped us see that this is truly
possible.

"After attending several schools AND acquiring an agent
I found that I still was not acting and auditioning on a
professional level because I was not getting work.
Charles recognized my problems and turned me around
immediately. Now I'm working!"

"I've been an actor/comedian for years, have studied
with the best and owned my own acting school. So I am
confident when I say Charles has an extremely innovative
and successful teaching style. Small classes allow him
to spend a great deal of time with each student and he
teaches in six months what others take years to do,
preparing you from A to Z to make a living in this
business. His classes are assertive but not
intimidating, and a lot of fun."

"After being involved in several schools I was ready to
give up. Then I found Charles' acting school. It made
all the difference. He worked with me until I finally
found my acting voice and confidence. So much so that
after six months with him I moved to LA and I'M
WORKING!!"
